In the months leading up to the first wave of the COVID pandemic in Pakistan, Puffball produced over 20 animated explainers in Urdu and 7 other local languages on COVID regulations, COVID misinformation and on precedents for protocols and abeyance of religious practices in Islamic history. These short, engaging videos were designed to counter public skepticism towards the gravity of the pandemic. Presently, Puffball is working on scripts for animations which tackle the general distrust of vaccinations.
